You'll now find PPG "X-Green" products on MPI's Approved Products Lists. Paints ranked as "X-Green" on MPI's Approved Products Lists meet the most stringent environmental standard in the world and offer:

  • The performance/durability required of the corresponding MPI paint category;
  • VOC under 50 g/L;
  • Reduced or zero quantities of various undesirable chemical components; and
  • Certification of VOC emissions (i.e. indoor air quality) to comply with CHPS (Collaborative for High Performance
    Schools) requirements

MPI has made Extreme Green paints easy to find by creating
dedicated new categories designated by the appropriate MPI
number, followed by "X-Green." The following PPG products
